I met Tony when I was an 18 year old rookie on the Canadian National Sledge Hockey team under Hockey Canada. I was starting to learn how to train properly and take care of my body. Tony played a large role in keeping me healthy over the years and has been a part of some major team championships as well as my own individual successes. Now in my 30’s, I have been fortunate enough to be a three time world champion, Paralympic gold medallist and have been the captain of the team since 2010/11 season. 

The expertise and enthusiasm Tony showed me early in my career set the tone for how I would train and look after myself for my entire career. I can’t thank Tony enough for the lifelong lessons he has taught me.
